eHealth is seeking a highly experienced Staff Platform Engineer to architect and scale cloud-native internal developer platforms within AWS, focusing on AI/ML capabilities and self-service infrastructure.

You will lead design across IAM, security, CI/CD pipelines, and observability, mentor teams, and partner with security and product teams to deliver reliable, cost-efficient platforms that empower engineering teams to move fast.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or related fields, with at least 7 years focused on AWS Cloud.
• Extensive experience in building and managing Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), with a focus on automation, self-service workflows, and CI/CD.
• Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale cloud platforms using AWS services.
• Hands-on experiencein AI/ML infrastructure, tools, and frameworks, and evaluate their adoption.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure using EC2, EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, VPC, and IAM.
• Build and maintain standardized services, templates, and APIs to streamline cloud-based application development.
• Design CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD for automated deployments.
• Implement IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK for provisioning.
• Mentor engineering teams on platform engineering best practices.
