Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to contribute to Gravitee NextGen Cloud, delivering Kubernetes-based environments and AI gateway support.

The role focuses on operating with Terraform, Docker, Argo, and cloud platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving automation to improve reliability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
• Fluency with creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, and certificate management (ZeroSSL, Let's Encrypt).
• Experience with continuous delivery tools (Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, Helm Charts).
• Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Patient, resilient problem-solver with great attention to detail.
• Experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms (preferable).
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure requirements and GPU workload orchestration (preferable).
• Experience supporting AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure (preferable).
• Knowledge of networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns (preferable).
• Openness to using AI-assisted tools and applying engineering judgment to validate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in delivering Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure, including environments supporting AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads
• Deliver production-ready, Kubernetes-based, customer-facing environments
• Assist the support team to help customers have the best experience with Gravitee products
• Develop and maintain new infrastructure features with team members
• Share technical and non-technical knowledge during internal Gravitee TechTalks
• Lead investigation of support tickets and collaborate to resolve customer issues
• Create knowledge articles to improve documentation and customer understanding of product use cases
• Improve team processes and tools, including exploring AI-driven automation for operations
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate work, reduce manual toil, improve reliability, and support documentation and incident analysis
