Job summary

Mimica is an AI-powered processing platform helping teams reclaim time by automating repetitive tasks and turning work into data-driven decisions. We are hiring a DevOps/Platform Engineer to join our Platform Team, focusing on scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure, IaC, multi-region deployments, and FinOps, with a remote-first, globally distributed culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes administration in a modern cloud environment.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform, plus ArgoCD for GitOps.
• IAM and identity management on GCP or AWS.
• Experience with multi-region deployments and observability tooling.
• Proficient in Python for automation and tooling.
• Startup/scale-up mindset with fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain GKE/EKS environments across regions and IAM.
• Develop IaC using Terraform and ArgoCD; maintain platform apps in Python.
• Migrate IaC from Terraform to Crossplane; enable multi-region / single-tenancy.
• Drive FinOps initiatives for cloud spend visibility and control.
• Design access patterns for BYOC and multi-environment setups.
• Instrument, monitor, and improve observability using Honeycomb and Grafana.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident responses.
