Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC in San Diego, CA, seeks a Platform Developer III to design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions and data tools to support NAVWAR mission operations. You will collaborate with government and contractor personnel to deliver innovative technology that enhances decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Power BI development experience, strong data analysis, and system integration skills, with a DoD or Navy background.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Power BI, including front-end visualization and back-end modeling.
• Experience integrating data across enterprise systems such as SharePoint and Jira, ideally in a Navy/DoD context.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to support engineering and operational requirements.
• Support data transformation, reporting, and process automation initiatives across NAVWAR organizations.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Integrate and manage data across SharePoint, Jira, and other enterprise systems to improve accessibility and consistency.
