Job summary

TekStream Solutions is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to transform Navy training processes through automation and data solutions in San Diego, CA. You will design, develop, and optimize Power Platform solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

You'll lead end-to-end project lifecycles, create reusable components, and ensure secure integrations with Azure AD, REST APIs, and modern authentication. A DoD clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience leading development teams and end-to-end lifecycle management.
Proficiency in web service technologies (REST/JSON/XML), authentication (OAuth2, SAML, JWT), and Azure AD integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Active DoD clearance, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform Solutions using ALM best practices.
Facilitate requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring solutions are validated and aligned with needs.
Plan, delegate, and track development tasks, mitigating risks to ensure timely launches.
Collaborate to design RBAC and security groups for governance.
Develop custom connectors for API integrations to enable secure data flows.
Create reusable components to ensure consistency across the portfolio.
