THOR Solutions, LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Platform Developer III to design, develop, and maintain business applications, automation tools, and data management solutions that support mission-critical operations.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau in a Navy or DoD environment, and will collaborate with government and contractor staff to deliver innovative technology that enhances efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combinations of qualifications and experience.
At least ten years of relevant professional experience with a focus on Power BI, Tableau, data analysis, and system integration.
Experience in Navy/DoD environments preferred.
Strong Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps proficiency; ability to design and develop dashboards and data workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau solutions to support engineering and operational requirements.
Support data transformation, reporting, and automation initiatives across NAVWAR organizations.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for Power Platform applications and workflows.
Integrate and manage data across SharePoint, Jira, and other enterprise systems to improve accessibility and consistency.
