This senior role blends technology and business development to align with C-suite ROI, collaborating with product teams to educate markets, customers, and partners.

The successful candidate will drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Solutions, and Services, maintain deep product knowledge, and travel 30-50% to customer sites and events in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years' AI and Data Science experience.
• 10+ years of in-depth contact center ops experience.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Excellent internal stakeholder leadership.
• Knowledge of contact center solutions is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of CRMs, CDPs & ERPs.
• Data lakes and warehouses on AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Sell CX automation solutions to C-suite executives with ROI focus.
• Nurture executive relationships and drive adoption in marquee accounts.
• Explain Verint DaVinci AI to customers and partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position Verint Open CCaaS as platform of choice.
• Present Engaged Data Hub capabilities to IT and data science leaders.
• Stay informed on AI trends and industry developments.
• Create thought leadership through events and networks.
• Collaborate with Marketing to craft partner/customer engagement strategies.
• Identify white spaces and close opportunities with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verint products and tech.
