Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years in AI and data science.
• 10+ years in-depth contact center operations experience.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Proven leadership across internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contact center solutions is a plus.
• Experience with data ecosystems (CRMs, CDPs, ERPs).
• Architectural knowledge of data lakes and warehouses (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.
• Background checks and regulatory compliance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate as lead SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives.
• Nurture executive relationships and ROI discussions in marquee accounts.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine learning and Verint DaVinci AI.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position the platform as the customer’s choice.
• Present Verint Engagement Data Hub to IT and Data Science teams.
• Drive insights from data architecture to differentiate the platform.
• Build thought leadership through speaking and networking.
• Deliver marketing content across channels to engage partners and customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing on strategies for ecosystem engagement.
• Identify white spaces in accounts and close opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verint products and industry trends.
