Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Platform Consultant to operate as an executive evangelist for the Verint Open CCaaS platform. This senior role combines technology and business development to deliver ROI-driven CX automation and strategic guidance to C-suite executives.

You will collaborate with product teams and educate markets, customers, and partners. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, deep knowledge of AI/data science, data ecosystems, and a strong track record in enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years' experience in AI and data science.
• 10+ years in-depth experience with contact center operations.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% and pass background screening.
• Knowledge of CRMs, CDPs, ERPs, data lakes and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead as SME selling CX automation to C-suite with ROI focus.
• Nurture executive relationships; drive adoption and expansion.
• Explain Verint DaVinci AI to customers.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Solutions, Services to position platform.
• Present Engagement Data Hub to IT and Data Science teams.
• Provide data architecture insights and industry trends.
• Develop thought leadership via speaking and networking.
• Deliver content across channels including social media.
• Collaborate with Marketing on strategy for partners and customers.
• Identify white spaces and close opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Verint products and tech.
