Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Product Owner / Sr. Business Analyst to define, plan and implement technology solutions for collateral management. You will collaborate with Business and Technology teams across global sites and steer projects through the full SDLC.

You will lead complex requirements sessions, translate them into actionable specifications, and ensure end-to-end data and process flows, including SWIFT integrations, while guiding training and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent.
• 15+ years in financial services; 5+ years in collateral management.
• Experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner in financial tech.
• Experience with SWIFT and data flow architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex requirements gathering with strategic user meetings.
• Develop wireframes and guide end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Design and execute end-to-end data/process flows across ecosystem including SWIFT.
• Create training plans and user acceptance testing strategies.
• Govern project artifacts, tollgates, and governance with methodology standards.
