You’ll manage an internal platform enabling critical business processes, from relationship management to partner onboarding and collaboration, driving scalable, high-impact solutions. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, roadmaps, and cross-functional leadership with a focus on performance, quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Engineering or related field required.
• MBA or Management Consulting experience is a plus.
• Minimum 20+ years of professional experience required.
• Experience using application metrics for data-driven decision making.
• Experience driving roadmaps for internally used applications that enable revenue-driving operations.
• Experience with CRM/PRM systems and data hierarchies and complex business workflows preferred.
• Experience optimizing user experience, demonstrating design thinking and UI/UX improvements preferred.
• Experience managing a budget for external vendor partners to deliver technology solutions in a managed service and staff augmentation model preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop managers and drive cross-functional alignment.
