Job summary

Relativity in Boston is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization, overseeing platform capabilities that power RelativityOne. This role spans automation, security primitives, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-powered extensibility to support builders across the ecosystem.

You will define product direction, establish clear success metrics, and partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management with ownership across multiple product life cycle stages.
• Proven ability to deliver through ambiguity and make hard prioritization calls.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products — APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog. Sequence work based on customer impact, dependencies, and priorities.
• Define what done looks like and uphold it across incubation, migration, or adoption stages.
• Get work in front of real customers or internal users early and often to validate needs.
• Make hard scope calls and document reasoning; maintain momentum.
• Drive velocity while preserving quality and reliability for downstream users.
• Balance discovery versus adoption when launching new capabilities.
• Build platform-first product thinking and long-term stability.
• Design for human-in-the-loop with governance, escalation, and audit trails.
• Treat trust as a product foundation: security and governance are core.
• Use AI as a force multiplier for prototyping, research, and automation.
• Define platform patterns and contracts for scalable developer ecosystems.
• Translate platform concepts into developer-facing narratives and guides.
• Develop customer-facing documentation, enablement guides, and release notes.
