Appnovation Technologies is actively seeking a Principal Technical Architect to lead the technical strategy and architecture for a key digital platform. You will guide engineering teams, set standards, and partner with senior stakeholders to enable scalable, secure solutions at global scale.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, cloud and data expertise, and a proven ability to translate complex needs into clear technical direction with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience owning technical strategy and architecture for a significant platform or domain.
• Experience leading and growing engineering teams of engineers, architects, and leads.
• Deep hands‑on technical expertise in modern engineering practices, cloud, data and integration patterns, APIs, security, and reliability.
• Experience partnering with senior business and Digital stakeholders to shape technical direction and investments.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for the platform, aligning business priorities with enterprise standards and an actionable roadmap.
• Serve as design authority, defining target architecture, standards, and integration patterns across the platform.
• Lead and develop the engineering team to deliver modern, secure, scalable, and reusable capabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders and product owners to translate needs into practical technical choices and measurable outcomes.
• Define how AI, automation, and modern practices are applied to increase speed, quality, and governance across the platform.
• Build a high‑performing engineering culture with emphasis on excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Establish reliability, security, documentation, and operational excellence at global scale.
