Job summary

HealthEdge is consolidating its Atlassian products into a unified Cloud environment and seeks a hands-on technical leader to own architecture, governance, and long-term platform strategy. You’ll drive multi‑instance Cloud standards for permissions, SCIM/Okta identity, and Jira at scale while shaping the HIPAA/BAA compliance posture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Atlassian Cloud permissions and Jira architecture at scale.
• Ability to read, debug, and evaluate admin tooling against the Atlassian REST API (Python preferred).
• Experience leading platform consolidation and workflow redesign with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Atlassian architecture and governance across multi-instance Cloud env.
• Own HIPAA/BAA compliance posture and vendor-related decisions.
• Own licensing strategy with procurement and renewal recommendations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to redesign team workflows and operating models.
• Communicate platform strategy and renewal decisions to executives.
• Build and coach delivery teams, setting high ownership standards.
• Apply AI-first thinking to platform design and team workflows.
• Deliver in increments with measurable value and iterative roadmaps.
