Elevate seeks a Senior Platform Analyst to build, enhance, and maintain the Collections platform, serving as a bridge between business, ops, tech, and vendors. You’ll drive scalable collections capabilities to improve customer outcomes, agent efficiency, and compliance, partnering with product managers, engineering, risk, and legal.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis or related role.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce, or servicing platforms.
