Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Senior Platform Analyst to drive the evolution of the Collections platform. You will bridge business and technology teams to design scalable solutions, document requirements, and guide implementation across Salesforce and related systems.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to optimize performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Product Operations, Platform Analysis, or related role.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce FSC/Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
• Experience in Agile environments and with collections platforms such as Katabat, CGI Credit Studio, FICO Debt Manager, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Platform Delivery & Enhancement: support roadmap, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, prioritize improvements, participate in Agile ceremonies, support testing and releases.
• Business Analysis & Process Improvement: analyze processes, document workflows, identify automation opportunities, support data analysis and reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise between operations, product, technology, risk, compliance, vendor partners; facilitate workshops and UAT.
• Platform Operations & Governance: monitor performance, maintain documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in vendor governance.
