You will direct manufacturing activities, drive budgets, and coordinate with engineering, quality, finance and supply chain to meet quality and throughput targets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive plastics manufacturing experience and a track record of leadership in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years manufacturing experience; 5+ years leadership.
• Strong plastics manufacturing experience.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Finance & Supply Chain.
• Oversee production budgets, labor efficiency & scrap reduction.
• Ensure GMP/GDP and regulatory compliance.
