Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC in Colorado is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead a highly technical, multi-shift plastics operation covering injection molding, medical tubing extrusion, and assembly. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, OEE, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, cost control, and strong employee engagement across a 24/5 environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience with 5+ years leadership.
• Strong experience in plastics manufacturing, especially injection molding; extrusion preferred.
• Multi-shift/24/5 or 24/7 manufacturing experience.
• Proven success improving OEE, labor efficiency, scrap, quality, and cost.
• Strong financial, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and data-analysis skills.
• SAP/manufacturing systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-shift plastics manufacturing operation (injection molding, tubing extrusion, and assembly).
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, OEE, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, cost, and employee engagement.
• Ensure 24/5 environment operations and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor staff; manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and equipment.
