Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated leadership in plastics manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing multi-shift operations (24/5 or 24/7).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a large multi-shift organization.
• Ensure consistent execution across all shifts.
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
