Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to drive CNC production across three shifts, overseeing Tech Leads and supervisors. You will develop production schedules, optimize labor, machines and resources, and monitor OEE, productivity, scrap, rework, safety and on-time delivery.

Collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain, you will advance Lean/Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership in CNC machining.
• 3+ years managing multi-shift/24/7 production operations.
• Strong knowledge of CNC milling/turning, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Experience in aerospace, power generation, or precision machining preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma, ERP/MRP, and quality systems knowledge.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC production across all three shifts and manage Tech Leads/supervisors.
• Develop production schedules and optimize labor, machines, and resources.
• Monitor OEE, productivity, scrap, rework, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001/AS9100, and customer requirements.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the shop floor and report performance to the General Manager.
