Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead plastic injection molding operations on the production floor. You will troubleshoot in real time, optimize processes, and drive performance across yield, cycle time, and delivery goals.

You will coach teams, manage shifts across 30+ machines, and collaborate with customers to resolve issues while maintaining strong relationships and high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding.
• Proven experience managing multiple shifts and large-scale operations involving 30+ machines.
• Strong technical expertise in processing, tooling, and troubleshooting.
• Leadership on the production floor with accountability and coaching.
• Experience with ERP systems; IQMS preferred.
• History of meeting On-Time Delivery, quality, and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead molding operations on the production floor, troubleshoot, and optimize processes.
• Optimize personnel, materials, and equipment to meet customer production goals.
• Perform hands-on tool setting, processing adjustments, and light maintenance.
• Drive key metrics: On-Time Delivery, Quality, Efficiency, and Cost.
• Improve processes to increase yield and reduce cycle times.
• Coach and develop team members with real-time feedback.
• Identify gaps and implement practical, results-driven solutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide updates as needed.
