Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC seeks a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead a multi-shift plastics operation across injection molding, extrusion, and assembly in Colorado. You will direct manufacturing activities, drive budgets, and coordinate with engineering, quality, finance and supply chain to meet quality and throughput targets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive plastics manufacturing experience and a track record of leadership in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years manufacturing experience; 5+ years leadership.
• Strong plastics manufacturing experience.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
