Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in injection molding/manufacturing engineering, hands-on experience with large tonnage equipment, and proficiency with Moldflow, CAD, and CAE tools. You will drive supplier assessments, RFQs, and program milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in injection molding or manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience with large tonnage injection molding equipment and automation.
• Mold/Equipment procurement experience and cross-functional PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tooling and equipment projects across NPI programs.
• Mentor Senior AME members and guide cross-functional teams.
• Develop technical specs and ensure on-time delivery of molds/equipment.
• Drive capital project reporting, KPIs, and supplier performance in COE.
