Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physics, Plasma Physics, Materials/Engineering; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or research exp with Master’s; less for PhD.

Responsibilities

• Owns development of Cymer DUV laser discharge chambers; designs, validates, reviews new features.
• Collaborates with program managers, technical marketing, and systems engineers to productize new tech.
• Drives development and integration of core tech elements to improve chamber performance.
• Validates concepts via prototypes, testing, and analysis.
• Interacts with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; prepares reports for management.
