Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Senior Plasma Business Architect to own target-state business architecture for Plasma products. You will connect business strategy to technology, govern AI-enabled capabilities, and produce committed architectural decisions across the Plasma portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in business, enterprise, or senior architecture roles with hands-on delivery.
• Recent hands-on architecture experience (within last 3 years).
• Proficiency with TOGAF, ArchiMate, or BIZBOK; TOGAF certification preferred.
• Experience evaluating AI/ML/Generative AI initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies and regulatory requirements into architecture views guiding technology design.
• Lead architecture workshops with cross-functional teams; produce committed target-state designs.
• Partner with Product Owners, engineering, and senior stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Define and govern integration/data architecture standards; produce decision records and governance artifacts.
• Maintain living architecture repository and promote reusable patterns.
