Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Director of I&T Plasma Engineering to own engineering standards, architecture governance, and platform strategy across Plasma digital products. You will lead cross-domain teams and partner with enterprise architecture to advance AI/ML in production, while ensuring security, compliance, and scalable delivery.

The role requires hands-on credibility with engineers, strategic oversight of the Data Backbone, and the ability to drive high-impact technical decisions while reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles.
• Experience shipping software in regulated environments including healthcare/pharma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern engineering standards, practices, and platform strategy across Plasma digital product domains.
• Define architecture governance, data architecture, and cross-product technical decisions.
• Provide direct people leadership for Plasma IT engineering teams and drive hiring and career development.
