Responsibilities

• Serve as a key finance partner to Plasma Power leadership, influencing decisions across growth, portfolio, pricing, resource allocation, customer opportunities, new product investments, capacity, margin expansion, and long-term value creation.
• Lead forecasting, annual operating plan, strategic planning, and recurring performance management for the Plasma Power scope, with ownership of drivers across revenue, margin, operating expenses, working capital, capital investment, and cash flow.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance to connect financial outcomes to business strategy and operational execution.
• Identify risks and opportunities early, quantify financial impacts, pressure-test assumptions, and recommend practical actions that improve profitability, operational performance, and decision outcomes.
