Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Senior Plasma Business Architect to own the target-state business architecture for CSL Plasma and govern architecture across the Plasma product portfolio. You will articulate architectural decisions, align technology investments with business capabilities, and drive digital transformation with AI, RAG, and governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or a senior business analysis role, including demonstrated experience in a Principal or Lead Architect capacity.
Track record of producing committed target-state designs and architecture decision records.
Hands-on architecture experience within the last 3 years.
Proficiency in TOGAF, ArchiMate, or BIZBOK; TOGAF certification preferred.
Experience mapping business capabilities, value streams, and processes across complex organizations.
Experience in Agile/SAFe environments; governance and integration architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead development of Plasma business capability model, value streams, and process hierarchies.
Define reference architectural patterns for AI capabilities and how they fit into business processes.
Establish and enforce integration and data architecture standards across Plasma domains.
Translate business requirements into structured architecture views for solution design.
Produce target-state blueprints and roadmaps for Plasma digital product portfolio.
Maintain living architecture repository with patterns and reference models.
