Job summary

PlasmaShare is seeking a Center Technician II to provide exceptional donor care and lead daily collection operations. You will independently perform donor screening, registration, medical history review, and automated plasmapheresis setup and monitoring, ensuring donor safety and product quality.

You will mentor staff, assist with training and competency assessments, and maintain accurate records in our donor management system while complying with FDA, CLIA, IQPP, and cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess the skills to perform donor screening and eligibility determinations.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to mentor staff and coordinate donor floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor screening, registration, and medical history screening.
• Conduct hematocrit and protein tests using approved equipment.
• Lead donor floor activities and coordinate daily collection operations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, IQPP, cGMP, and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records in the donor management system.
