Job summary

PlasmaShare is seeking a Center Technician to provide top-tier donor care, perform donor eligibility screenings, and operate plasmapheresis equipment. You will ensure donor safety and product quality while adhering to SOPs and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment. Prior experience in plasma collection and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school level education or GED.
• Optional certifications in medical assisting, phlebotomy, or EMT.
• Experience in donor screening, plasmapheresis procedures, and quality control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional donor service and maintain professionalism.
• Perform donor eligibility determinations and screening.
• Setup, operate, monitor, and disconnect plasmapheresis machines.
• Maintain donor records and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Assist with training and quality initiatives and center operations.
• Support recruitment and donor education activities.
