Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, staff, and visitors.
• Perform donor registration, verification, and medical history screening.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and disconnect automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Collect donor samples and retest samples as required.
• Maintain accurate donor records in electronic systems.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, IQPP, cGMP SOPs.
