Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 months experience in clerical or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and perform plasma collection and processing following SOPs.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and ensure a positive donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions, conduct vitals and basic tests to ensure safety and product quality.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment, respond to alarms, and disconnect donors after the procedure.
