Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate plant operations for consistency and safety.
• Direct day-to-day activities and manage production, maintenance, and shipping personnel.
• Supervise scheduling, training, performance reviews, and attendance tracking.
• Lead meetings, monitor KPIs, and ensure budgeted expenses are controlled.
• Collaborate with support functions to troubleshoot production issues.
• Investigate abnormal events and coordinate repairs or modifications.
