Responsibilities

• Supervise and drive plant process optimization for the assigned area.
• Maintain a safe work environment and lead monthly safety activities.
• Develop, implement, and improve the food safety system.
• Plan, budget, and manage the area’s budget and resources.
• Oversee maintenance procedures and equipment upgrades.
• Train employees in maintenance programs and SOPs.
• Collect data, generate reports, and monitor area performance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate environmental management.
