The Kroger Co. is seeking a seasoned production leader for our Irving, TX plant to supervise planning, coordination and direction of production activities.

You will drive safety, quality, reliability and customer-focused operations, while developing leaders and ensuring efficient, compliant plant performance. Responsibilities include budgeting, policy execution, cross-functional communication, and coaching direct reports to meet production goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field supporting food manufacturing operations or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership ability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, coordination and direction of production activities.
• Establish department structure to meet production needs and objectives.
• Prepare and manage production budgets; monitor expenditures and variances.
• Communicate with plant leadership to implement policies and procedures.
• Develop managers and staff to maximize plant performance and engagement.
