Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and direction of production activities to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Develop and mentor operations leaders to improve plant performance within SQR and Customer 1st strategy.
• Develop department structure to meet production needs and objectives.
• Prepare production budgets and control approved budgets.
• Communicate with plant leadership to ensure policy implementation and alignment.
• Coordinate with maintenance, sanitation, quality and plant office to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with sales/marketing activities to align production with demand.
• Develop methods to enable employees to achieve production goals.
• Provide performance feedback and develop department managers and associates.
