Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all production activities to maximize efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and mentor operations leaders to improve plant performance.
• Support safety, quality, reliability, and customer-first initiatives.
