Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, manufacturing or behavioral science.
• 10+ years sr. operations leadership in 3PL with P&L responsibility.
• Meets TKMNA attributes/competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations with hands-on management and change leadership.
• Hire, train, and motivate warehouse staff; build bench strength and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate directly with customer leadership to define strategic plans and align on OPX, Labor, and capital needs.
• Manage budgets, OPEX, and regional/corporate meetings as required.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and ITAR security across the facility.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste-elimination initiatives.
