Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials, LLC in the United States seeks a Plant Manager III to lead tk accelis operations. You will oversee policies, procedures, and processes to minimize cost and maximize production while managing P&L, budgets, and people.

The role reports to corporate plans and drives reliability, safety, and quality improvements. You will coordinate with leadership, manage daily site operations using SAP/WMS, and contribute to strategic roadmaps for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Behavioral Science.
• Hands-on leader willing to learn all parts of daily business and drive change management.
• Ability to build and motivate warehouse teams; drive retention and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and P&L to minimize cost and maximize production.
• Develop and implement plans aligned with Corporate Business Plan to improve reliability and quality.
• Manage budgets, labor, and capital requirements; participate in strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with customer leadership onsite to align operational goals and contracts.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to OSHA standards.
