You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with engineering and production, manage records, and travel up to 75% nationally to support launches and ensure adherence to safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic math and reading skills.
• Basic computer skills for daily operations.
• Demonstrate leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and communicate across teams.
• Warehouse experience with forklift, packing, and measuring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee launch of new products or processes in manufacturing and warehousing.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and training.
• Conduct training sessions on equipment, processes, and safety.
• Meet production and distribution objectives within budget.
• Maintain records and administrative duties for projects.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
