Qualifications

• Proven leadership in manufacturing operations within an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience developing/executing business plans and managing annual operating budgets.
• Excellent written/verbal communication with cross-functional leaders.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving to improve operations.
