Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in mechanical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of all personnel in the Mechanical Maintenance Department.
• Maintain ISO Quality System responsibilities and compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance shutdowns with other departments.
• Issue requisitions for repair parts and supplies for maintenance work.
• Direct adherence to company policies and union-management agreements.
• Inform Maintenance Manager of current and long-range issues and plans.
• Assist in cost estimates for work orders and capital budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance records for all machinery and buildings.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and equipment suppliers.
