Job summary

Packaging-Corporation-of-America seeks a maintenance supervisor in Massillon, OH to lead electricians and technicians in daily upkeep and project support. Qualifications

• BSEE/BSEET preferred; higher education considered.
• Minimum three years training in electrical field beyond high school.
• Four years of experience in electrical power distribution and control systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, industrial controls; OSHA safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct maintenance for electricians and technicians.
• Coordinate with Engineering to include maintenance in capital projects.
• Supervise Electrical Department personnel and activities.
• Process repairs: issue direct and storeroom requisitions for parts.
• Oversee safety programs and worker training; ensure safe work methods.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and department budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance records for all equipment.
• Coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
