Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, estimate, and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance of plant equipment to maximize uptime and minimize downtime. The role supervises mechanical and electrical staff and coordinates maintenance activities on a busy production floor.

Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating production activities, ensuring safety, and driving continuous improvements in equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certification in production maintenance.
• 5+ years’ experience in equipment and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Plan, estimate and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Supervise maintenance, mechanical, and electrical staff; plan and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain parts inventory and manage maintenance budgets.
• Ensure safety, training and compliance across the maintenance team.
