The role requires leading shop-floor teams, driving schedules and coordinating with engineering and procurement to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

• Plan labour, equipment and material requirements.
• Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks.
• Reduce rework and improve overall shop performance.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs.
• Work closely with engineering, project management and procurement.
• Develop frontline leaders and strengthen accountability across the facility.
