Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Production / Plant Manager to own and optimize day-to-day manufacturing operations at a Pennsylvania facility. This senior, hands-on role covers production, quality, safety, workforce performance and operational efficiency.

You will lead daily fabrication activities, develop supervisors, drive schedules, and strengthen accountability across the site, collaborating with engineering, project management and procurement to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Plant/Production/Fabrication Manager.
• Strong leadership of shop-floor teams and supervisors.
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes and production planning.

An established structural steel fabrication business is looking for an experienced Production / Plant Manager to take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations at one of its Pennsylvania facilities.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership position with responsibility across production, quality, safety, workforce performance and operational efficiency.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day structural steel fabrication operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong background within structural steel or heavy fabrication
• Previous experience as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, Fabrication Manager
• Significant experience leading shop‑floor teams and supervisors
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, production planning and workflow
• Proven focus on safety, quality and operational performance
• Experience improving productivity, efficiency and throughput
