Job summary

GPAC is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to place a Plant Manager who will lead operations across three facilities and multiple shifts. The role requires coordinating with quality, engineering, purchasing, scheduling, and maintenance to meet production goals and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in custom fabrication, welding, machining, or heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading multi-shift operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, production scheduling, and labor reporting; Epicor experience preferred.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership for manufacturing operations across three facilities and multiple shifts.
• Partner with quality to reduce scrap, rework, and customer quality concerns; support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, purchasing, quality, scheduling, maintenance, HR, safety, and customer service to support operational objectives.
