Job summary

Gpac partners with a rapidly growing manufacturing company seeking a Plant Manager in Wisconsin. You will provide daily leadership for manufacturing operations across three facilities and multiple shifts.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, scheduling, maintenance, HR, safety, and customer service to achieve operational objectives. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 7+ years of leadership in manufacturing are preferred; experience in custom

• Experience in custom fabrication, welding, machining, or heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading multi-shift operations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, manufacturing management, business, or related field preferred.

• Provide daily leadership for manufacturing operations across three facilities and multiple shifts.
• Partner with the quality department to reduce scrap, rework, and customer quality concerns and support effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, purchasing, quality, scheduling, maintenance, human resources, safety, and customer service to support operational objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, manufacturing management, business,
• or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in custom fabrication, welding, machining, or heavy manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Experience leading multi-shift operations.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, production scheduling, labor reporting, and manufacturing Epicor experience preferred.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
