Job summary

GPAC is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to place a Plant Manager who will lead operations across three facilities and multiple shifts. The role requires coordinating with quality, engineering, purchasing, scheduling, and maintenance to meet production goals and drive continuous improvement.

The candidate should have 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, experience in heavy fabrication or machining preferred, and strong ERP/Lean experience to optimize scheduling and

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in custom fabrication, welding, machining, or heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading multi-shift operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, production scheduling, and labor reporting; Epicor experience preferred.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.

• Provide daily leadership for manufacturing operations across three facilities and multiple shifts.
• Partner with the quality department to reduce scrap, rework, and customer quality concerns and support effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, purchasing, quality, scheduling, maintenance, human resources, safety, and customer service to support operational objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, manufacturing management, business,
• or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in custom fabrication, welding, machining, or heavy manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Experience leading multi-shift operations.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, production scheduling, labor reporting, and manufacturing Epicor experience preferred.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
