Warren Oil Company, Inc. in Dunn, North Carolina seeks a seasoned Plant Manager to lead our plastics blow molding, compounding, filling, blending and packaging operations.

You will drive manufacturing excellence in a fast-paced environment and oversee a diverse team including supervisory, lab, production, and maintenance staff. The role requires a minimum of ten years of plant management experience, strong leadership and deep knowledge of supply chain, safety, and process improvement

Qualificações

• Minimum of ten years of experience managing a manufacturing facility.
• Five years liquid and compounding experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain activities for manufacturing operations.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Commitment to production scheduling flexibility to meet customer demands.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and standards.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
• Process improvement methodologies preferred (LEAN, TPM, 5S or Six Sigma).

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations of plastics blow molding, compounding, filling, blending and packaging activities.
• Manage up to 100 personnel including supervisory, laboratory, production, and maintenance teams.
• Oversee inbound and outbound materials and supply chain activities using ERP systems like SAP/JDE.
• Manage raw materials inventory ordering, tracking, and scheduling; forecast and plan production.
• Maintain finished goods inventories and warehousing operations.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety of equipment and facilities.
• Develop preventive maintenance and production scheduling to minimize downtime.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across the site.
• Oversee CapEx planning and plant P&L, along with budgeting and accounting activities.
